What if I need more than one thing at the same time?
Send them all. We work through them in the order you want. If something is urgent, say so and it jumps the queue. The Partnership is one active request at a time, but the backlog is yours to shape.
Do I own everything you build?
Yes. Every line of code, every workflow, every document is yours. Everything is done within accounts I set up for you, it's all yours. If you cancel tomorrow, you keep the lot.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from your account. No exit fee, no notice period, no awkward email. The month you have already paid runs to the end, then it stops.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Pause for a month, or three months, whatever suits. Your spot and your intro rate are held while you are paused. Resume when you are ready. The month you have paid for runs to the end.
What is not included?
No 24/7 on-call, no physical hardware or on-site visits, no running your helpdesk or managing your staff. Third-party costs (hosting, licences, ad spend) are yours. Anything outside that, ask.
What is the week-one guarantee and how does it work?
If you are not satisfied with the work delivered in your first seven calendar days, we refund 75% of the first month's fee. The remaining 25% covers the scoping, onboarding, and environment setup already completed. To claim, email us before the end of day eight (midnight GMT/BST) and tell us what fell short. We process the refund within five working days, no argument.
